Welcome to the Northland Professional Development Resource site.
“A faculty driven project . . . .”
Northland Community and Technical College Faculty Development serves to assist NCTC faculty, no matter the status, in developing instructional effectiveness by creating a positive culture that supports faculty needs.
Northland Community and Technical College Faculty Development seeks to facilitate the development of pedagogical strategies to meet earmarked learner outcomes—institutional, program, and course— by providing resources for the faculty.
- To bring faculty together as a viable resource in support of faculty professional development.
- To provide a culture of reflection, sharing, and collaboration.
- To encourage a self-efficacy process.
This site is currently under construction. In fact, this site is meant to be dynamic in nature. The faculty development coordinators seek and expect direction from the faculty in the creation of this site, whether it be the mission, vision, goals, or the content in general. Your participation is welcomed and appreciated. Let the discussion begin!
